Pricing: when it comes to pricing, we take a few factors into account. First off, whether you prefer to work out at your place, mine, or virtually. Secondly, the length of the sessions - either an hour or half an hour. Lastly, the size of the package you choose - options include six, twelve, or eighteen sessions. We'll work with you to find the best fit for your needs and budget. You can even share sessions with your spouse or friend with my Buddy Package of sessions.
